At the Carving Station Buffet you pay as you leave, so please proceed directly to the buffet when you arrive. Most customers begin by choosing a soup and sitting down to eat it. They return to take a cold plate from our plate chiller and selecting their cold foods then take a dinner plate, tell the carver what meat selections they would like and help themselves to the hot vegetables.
Our hostess or server will greet you after you select your soup and point out your table. Once seated, your server will bring you fresh hot bread and take your drink order.
Feel free to return to the buffet as often as you like. Please take a clean plate when you return. Be sure to save room for one of our delicious desserts. Above all, enjoy!
